Jonathan is an executive coach, organizational consultant and California-registered psychotherapist. Before founding Nomos Advisors, Jonathan held C-level and other executive leadership roles in the retail food, agriculture, food production and hospitality industries.

Jonathan's career trajectory has been anything but a straight line. Along the way, he has taken on challenges in new industries, earned Master's degrees in business and counseling and has learned tough lessons in management and leadership.
